I used 6 pieces of potatoes it yielded four cups after it was diced.
Peel, dice and rinse the potatoes.
Clean and dice the chicken, season with salt, seasoning cube, onion, and garlic powder. Set aside.
Dice up the sausage, and set aside.
Clean the bell peppers (you can use any color of your choice) remove the see and dice.
Fry or bake the potatoes for about 5 minutes until it is slightly cooked.
Place a skillet/pot over medium-high heat and add oil.
Cook/fry the diced chicken. When done, remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sausage and cook. Remove and set aside.
Add the red bell peppers and cook for a few minutes. Don't you just love those colors? beautiful!
Add the ginger, and stir.
Add the potatoes and mix to combine. Add red pepper flake, knorr, and salt.
Add the cooked chicken and sausage.
The potatoes would have cooked through by now. Check for the seasoning and readjust if necessary.
Golden skillet potato is ready. Enjoy!
Note:
I use red pepper flake but if you don't like red pepper flake you can use cayenne, paprika or chopped habanero/rodo, just leave it out. You can tweak the recipe to your preference.
