On the menu today is turkey salad sandwiches, it’s delicious and crowds friendly. Thanksgiving is Thursday if you have leftover turkey this is a good quick meal to whip up that you would like to try.
- 1 Pound Turkey Breast
- 1/4 Cup Carrots (diced)
- 1/4 Cup Celery (diced)
- 1/4 Cup Onion (diced)
- 1 Teaspoon Celery Salt (or your choice)
- 1 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
- 2 Teaspoon Paprika (divided)
- 1/4 Cup cucumber
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- Rolls (your choice)
- Seasoning (I used Italian seasoning)
- Onion powder
- Oil (your choice)
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Tomato (For Topping)
- Lettuce (For topping)

Sprinkle paprika, seasoning, salt, and pepper over turkey mix together and set aside. Clean your hand when done.

Mix diced carrot, celery, onion(if using), granulated garlic, onion powder, and paprika.

Add mayonnaise and mix.

On a medium-high heat, place a pan and add about three tablespoon oil and let it gets hot.

Add seasoned turkey and cook on both sides.

When done, let it cool down. Shred(use two forks to pull them apart) and mix with the celery mixture.

Spread butter on the rolls and toast.

Serve turkey mixture on toasted rolls with tomato and lettuce.

Enjoy.
Note: You can use any bread of your choice, buns, sliced bread. Use any topping of your, make it your own and enjoy your sandwiches.
