Mini Sausage Rolls

These mini sausage rolls are very common in Nigeria, it very delicious and it’s one of my favorite snacks. After I moved to the United State I realized it is called “pigs in a blanket” I was surprised but not so surprised…lol. Some countries have similar foods or snacks but different names and sometimes the procedure slightly differs.

It is an easy snack for kids and adults. If you don’t want to go through the mixing dough process you can opt for store-bought puff pastry or crescent rolls.

Sausage rolls can be rolled like crescent rolls or just wrap it straight and all around. You can use any brand of hot dogs/sausage of your choice. These sausage rolls are so good, and I made them from the scratch but if you don’t want any stress just buy the dough from the store as stated earlier.

You can use longer sausages and cut into mini or just buy the mini sausages. Let’s get started.
