Sheet Pan Pancakes

My kids love pancakes at least I would say it is one of the meals all of them eat without any fuss or complain, If you have a fussy eater you will understand me. So I usually make this pan sheet baking to change things up or how I prepare them. By the way, they called this pancake “pancake pizza”…lol. This is one of the easiest ways to make pancakes. Sheet Pan Pancakes
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 Cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • Fruits for topping
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Clean the fruits you're using and drain.

  2. In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt

  3. Melt the butter and cool down.

  4. Add the butter, eggs, and milk. Mix to combine.

  5. Spray a baking sheet cooking spray (any shape you like) line the baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

  6. Pour the batter into the baking sheet and use a spatula to spread the batter.

  7. Top with the fruits, and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until it's fully cooked.

  8. Let it cool down and slice.

  9. Let it cool down and slice. Drizzle with syrup and enjoy!
