If you need a simple smoothie recipe that is not complicated you need to try this apple peanut butter banana smoothies. It’s super tasty and all the ingredients are simple too. I used two types of apples but feel free to use any type, just one type or combine as I did.
Apple peanut butter banana smoothie is one of my smoothie favorites. I used creamy and crunchy peanut butter but feel free to use the smooth one. After blending, taste and if you need more peanut butter just scoop some more and add to the mixture and if it’s too thick for you add more ice cubes until you get the consistencies you want. One of the reasons I like this smoothie is because it’s tasty and very filling. Also, you can adjust the ingredients to suit your tastebud and doesn’t require any special ingredients.
Make sure you use a powerful blender if your blender is not too powerful to blend the ice cube you can slightly freeze your fruits (cut up) then add ice cubes after blending.
You might want to try;
- 2 Apples (your choice)
- 2 Bananas
- 1.5 Cups Ice cubed (or more)
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut butter (crunchy/smooth)
Cut the apples and remove the seeds, peel the bananas and cut up
Add the ice cubes to a powerful blender and crush.
Add all the fruits and peanut butter, blend until smooth. Taste if you need more peanut butter just add more if it's too sweet for you, throw in more ice cubes and blend. Taste and adjust to your preference.
Serve and enjoy!
