Baked Tilapia

On the menu today is baked tilapia, this is peppered fish, it is not spicy just the pepper to bake the fish and to give it more flavor, you could grill this fish as well. If you’re using a smaller fish or bigger size please adjust the seasonings accordingly. I love to fish and I could eat it all day every day if possible…lol.  Check out other fish recipes I have on the blog, if you like this you’ll love other recipes too. If you love some heat, feel free to add more chili peppers according to your preference.

It could be enjoyed as a side dish with rice, couscous, quinoa, or by itself.
