It can’t get any easier than this. I mean, just mixing the dry pancake mix and store in an airtight container until you’re ready to make pancakes. This dry pancake mix saves me some time because when I want to sleep in and don’t want to be bothered for breakfast meal this pancake mix is the savior because pancake with the mix hubby can watch the kids makes pancakes.
After mixing all the listed ingredients and you want to make pancake just scoop a cup of the flour mix, mix 3/4 cup of water, one egg, butter, a splash of vanilla and cook. If you want it lighter add more water. With this one cup flour mixture, you’d get 5 pancakes if you scoop with a 1/4 cup measuring cup.
You might want to try;
- 4.5 Cups All-purpose flour
