Let’s start the month with some honey, sounds right? Yeah! So today’s recipe is a very simple recipe. If you have a kid that doesn’t like carrot, this is one of the ways to make him/her fall in love with carrots, because it is absolutely delicious!
Honey roasted carrot is good for a side dish and very simple to make, this is one of my favorite ways to enjoy carrots, honey roasted carrot is whole carrots, glazed in honey and seasonings then roasted over high heat until tender and caramelized.
I used baby carrots but you can use bigger ones.
You might want to try;
Shrimps, Roasted Corn And Avocado Salad
- 1.5 Pounds Carrot
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil (or your choice)
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Onion powder (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
I used two bags of carrots but the second one didn't show in the picture.

Combine all the ingredients except the carrot.

Coat the carrot with the honey mixture.

Spread out the carrot over a foil-lined baking sheet and for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with your favorite and enjoy.
