Banana almonds chocolate muffins are very easy to make and delicious. if you’re like me and you don’t like wastage this recipe is for you. Anytime I have overripe bananas I say to myself this banana mustn’t waste, it’s not going into the bin…lol
In this recipe, I used almonds chocolate because that was what I had at the time of making these muffins. You can use any chocolate of your choice and it would still taste good.
You might want to try;
Zucchini and Sausage Egg Muffins
- 1.5 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar (add more if you want it very sweet)
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2.25 oz Almonds Chocolate (you can use more)
-
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
-
Place the muffin paper cups into the muffin pan and spray with baking spray (To prevent the muffins from sticking).
-
In a bowl, peel and mashed bananas. Put the chocolates in a small bowl and cover it with flour and mix, this will prevent the chocolates from sinking in the bottom of the batter.
-
In a separate bowl, crack the eggs beat lightly, add oil, vanilla, and sugar. Mix with the mashed bananas
-
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder. Add to the bananas mixture.
-
Fold in the chocolates and mix. Pour into the spray muffin pan.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until it's done but don't over bake it.
-
Enjoy.
Note: If you want it sweeter you can add more sugar also if you would like more chocolate you can use more than the quantity I used.
