Mini Biscuits Pizza is on the menu today, yay! In as much as I like to prepare our meal from scratch, there are some days that I need to cheat and take a shortcut when I’m very busy. When that happens, one of the meals I prepare is mini biscuits pizza.
I use a can store-bought flaky biscuit dough and turn it into mini pizza. Just roll out add pizza sauce or marinara sauce or if you have tomato sauce you can also use that too. Add a generous amount of the sauce, top with cheese, and any other toppings of your choice.
You can use any type of can biscuits of your choice if you want it sweet go for Hawaiian roll biscuit dough.
