Chicken Quesadilla is a delicious meal, very easy to make. Quesadilla is a kid and family friendly meal. Quesadilla can be prepared in different ways, you can add absolutely anything to it. But for this recipe, I’m using chicken and veggies for it. What are your favorites quesadilla additions? Are you trying it for the first time? It is so good and I hope you’d try it out and enjoy it as we did. If you love cheese, add as much as you desire but make sure it is not too much or add more fillings to balance it up.

In the same pan, reduce the heat to medium-high heat, add onions let it cook a little bit, and add pepper( I used red, green, and yellow) until the cook through, about 4-5minutes, and set aside.
-
In another skillet melt half of the butter and lay a flour tortilla on it and lay cheese on it, then cooked pepper and chicken.
-
Top it with grated cheese and cover it with another flour tortilla. Press down with a spatula or spoon.
-
When the first side is cooked, that is when is cheese is melting out, it is time to flip to cook the other side. Drop half part of the butter to cook the other side.
-
Cook the remaining tortilla and cut. You can serve with sour cream, salsa, or chow down like that. Enjoy.
If you want it spicy, you can add some hot sauce or jalapeno. Twist, tweak the recipe to your taste.
